Unsupported Devices and Browsers
The following devices and browsers are not supported. Users on these platforms may experience crashes, rendering issues, or degraded functionality.
- iPhone XS, XR, and earlier models
- iPad (7th generation) and earlier
- iPad Air (2nd generation) and earlier
- iPad mini (4th generation) and earlier
- Android 13 and earlier
- Internet Explorer (all versions)
- Microsoft Edge Legacy (pre-Chromium, version 44 and earlier)
These requirements are aligned with each vendor's active security support window. Devices and browsers that have reached end-of-life with their manufacturer are not supported.
