Our Service allows you to upload, convert, and process PDF documents ("User Content"). You retain all of your ownership rights in your User Content. By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process the User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service.

We process your documents securely and do not use your confidential data to train our AI models. Processed documents are deleted from our servers as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription and Billing

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. If you elect to use paid features of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Foresight Technologies LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that generated forms will be perfectly legally binding or universally accessible without review.
