Understand a contract quickly

ToWebForm drafts a short overview and key terms such as parties, term, payment, and termination. Each term quotes the source text. Your team can edit it, and signers never see it.

Owners and admins get an email 30, 7, and 1 day before a signed contract expires. Set the expiration date when you send the contract, or edit it later on the Contracts dashboard.
Can I upload contracts that were signed outside ToWebForm?
Yes. Upload any executed PDF contract up to 25 MB and 100 pages to track its expiration date, contract value, and key terms alongside agreements signed in ToWebForm, with reminders before it expires.
Who can sign a contract, and how are signers assigned?
Anyone you invite by email or text message. You assign each signature field to a signer in the form builder, and signers sign in order using a private link.
How does the internal contract summary work?
ToWebForm extracts key terms, dates, and deliverables with section citations for your team to review or edit. We never train models on your documents.
