Yes. On the Team plan, you can switch any form to Fill & Download Official PDF Only (Zero-PII Storage Mode). 12How do contract expiration reminders work?
Owners and admins get an email 30, 7, and 1 day before a signed contract expires. Set the expiration date when you send the contract, or edit it later on the Contracts dashboard.
13Can I upload contracts that were signed outside ToWebForm?
Yes. Upload any executed PDF contract up to 25 MB and 100 pages to track its expiration date, contract value, and key terms alongside agreements signed in ToWebForm, with reminders before it expires.
